File Format: It basically consists of 3 entries. The probe name, Cluster number and Fold Change. The entries should be tab-delimited. The cluster number should be in the ascending order as shown in the example. Fold change is the simple division of Experiment Signal/Control Signal.
Output: Gives the 3 statistical indices based on the internal criteria of validation of clusterings. More information on the statistical indices can be found in this link. A good clustering has low Davies-Bouldin index, high Dunn's Index and silhouette index closer to 1.
For Statistical validity, the format should be a text file that contains the identifier, cluster number and parameter of interest (fold change,expression). These entries must be tab delimited.
